How Can We Help?
DO YOU ACCEPT MY INSURANCE?
We are currently in network with Tenncare,United Health Care (UHC), Cigna, Aetna and Optum. If you have other commercial insurance we are happy to provide you with an invoice/superbill so that you can seek reimbursement directly from your insurance carrier. If you would like to do this please let your provider know at the time of your appointment and at the conclusion of your visit you will be provided with the appropriate paperwork to submit with your insurance claim.
DO I NEED A REFERRAL?
If we are in network with your insurance provider a referral may be necessary. You may call your insurance provider to inquire about whether a referral is needed, Alternatively you may contact our office and we will be happy to check on this for you.
If you choose to self-pay for your treatment no referral is required. This also further maintains patient privacy and confidentiality. By eliminating the need for a referral you can contact us directly and be confident that your mental health treatment decisions and discussions are kept between you and your treating provider. Collaboration with outside providers can occur at your request or consent.
I CAN'T MAKE IT TO THE OFFICE DURING NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS, DO YOU OFFER AFTER HOURS APPOINTMENTS?
If you have extenuating circumstances please contact us. Our goal is to provide exceptional personalized care. We will do our best to accommodate any reasonable scheduling request. Also keep in mind that with the option of telehealth services obtaining an evaluation or being seen for follow up can in many cases be done remotely from the confidential comfort of your own home or office.
